All products to be returned must be in its original, brand new
condition. A $5.00 restock/reship fee is applied to all returns. Upon
approval of return, a credit card credit or exchange of equal value
merchandise may be made.
Decks: All decks must be like new. If a deck is gripped, assembled, or ridden, it cannot be returned.
Clothing: All clothing to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
Shoes: All shoes to be returned must be brand new,
unlaced, in original packaging, and unworn. We suggest all shoes are to
be tried on with socks, inside, and on a carpet. Shoes returned with
dirty soles, grip tape wear, human and/or pet hair, will be returned
back to sender.
COD: Our C.O.D. charge reflects the current UPS
prices. Any refused C.O.D.s will result in a $15.00 refusal fee which
must be paid before any future orders can be placed. We pay to send the
package to you, and we have to pay UPS when the packaged is refused. We
make no money off this policy. |
