RETURN POLICY

All products to be returned must be in its original, brand new condition. A restock/reship fee of $5.00 or 10% merchandise value, whichever is greater, is applied to all return credits or exchanges. Upon approval of return, a credit card credit or exchange of merchandise may be made.  We do not issue call tags or pay postage for returns.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to us.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Decks: All decks must be like new. If a deck is gripped, assembled, or ridden, it cannot be returned.

Clothing: All clothing to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

Shoes: All shoes to be returned must be brand new, unlaced, in original packaging, and unworn. We suggest all shoes are to be tried on with socks, inside, and on a carpet. Shoes returned with dirty soles, grip tape wear, human and/or pet hair, will be returned back to sender.

Any refused packages  will result in a $20.00 refusal fee which will be deducted from the credit issued for refused merchandise.  We pay UPS to send the package to you, and we have to pay UPS to return the package to us when a package is refused. We make no money off this policy.

Please send all returns to Plus Skateshop 186 Miracle Strip Pkwy. S.E. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Please include name, email address, order #, Phone #, your address, and reason for return. Also, include what items are being exchanged for.  If there are any problems or questions please call 1800-448-7723. If we have any problems with returned items we will contact you via phone or email.
